Default Need advise on battery problem

I recently did some work on a 2006 36V PDS cart. I purchased some used 2014 batteries from a reputable battery guy. The cart has rear seat, lights, and some minor LED's. I am running the lights through a low cost reducer, the lights do not get much use as this is mostly a daytime cart.

I am getting very poor run times with these batteries and the cart has died on several occasions. I have checked the charge levels after charging them and they all seem to read about the same and where they should be. After the most recent event of the cart dying, I put the meter on the batteries again. 4 of the batteries were reading in the yellow. 2 of the batteries were in the RED and reading "bad" on the meter.

Could this be a situation of 2 batteries dragging down the performance of the cart or is it normal for the batteries to be in the RED/Bad if they have been rundown?

I am trying to work with the dealer on replacements but would like some unbiased advise.

Thanks

Red & yellow are not "battery readings". True Voltage readings or SG readings with numbers are the only readings that qualify.

Yes - a single bad battery will potentially pull everything down.
