If the solenoid clicks, the pedal switch is good.

So do I replace the controller or do I do some other test?

I suspect the controller is bad.

For the PDS you can choose the economical DCX400 or for a little more $ choose the all new XCT400 control with many nice features we only dreamed about before.

Well something crazy happened last night. I double checked all the connections. Then I turned the cart on in forward and pushed the pedal down to click the solenoid in, the I started moving the pedal up and down and somewhere about in the middle of the travel the cart jumped forward. I got it to di that several more times. In reverse I never could get it to move. I think today I will remove the F&R switch and check the connections on the back of it. I want to run the diagnostic test on the ITS too, but I don't understand where the jumper wire s supposed to go that it talks about in the ezgo diagnostics. Has anyone performed this test that can help out?

Hey JohnnieB, if your out there. On your second post of this thread you sent me some diagrams to test with. On these diagrams everything checks out, but the second one says to go to 46. Do you have the next page to go to 46? Or a link I can go to, to get them.
Thanks
Robert

You can download the service, the owner and parts manuals here: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...g-manuals.html

Section-F of the service manual is where the troubleshooting tree is.

There COULD be a "MY_ NUTE" hairline crack in the ITS body. Same symptoms. I had to use a lighted magnifying glass to find one.
