That's a good idea. I'm not sure if the cord is long enough. I might have to make another. Wouldn't you know it, I shortened a longer extension cord from Lowes to make this. Of course that would only work when I plug it in. I don't think I could get my wife to run it through the wheel. (She doesn't train well)

If You are really concerned, just connect one of these 120v relays in parallel with the 120v receptacle inside the cart.

You then just need to run any of the activation (interlock) +48v wires through the Normally Closed contacts of the relay.

That would probably work.
That got me thinking, maybe I could get a little limit switch that could interrupt the interlock if the plug was in. That way, it wouldn't matter if it was getting 110v or not. If the plug was in, it wouldn't go.
