Watering system
I don't know if any of you have a watering system on your golf carts, but if you do, how have you over come the way to fill them? I know there are a lot of difference types, but the one I'm working on is from EZ go. (don't know what it's called)
Now I know I can buy a gun from Ez go but it comes with the hose and filter and cost 300 + dollars. So do any of you know a way to fill them with out spending 300 + dollars. Thanks Sonny |

Re: Watering system
Shouldn't the tops still pop open and fill individual cells? Have all the carts at our course on a water system but you can still pop the tops and fill if need be only takes a few minutes

Re: Watering system
I saw the Trojan system on amazon last night!! $180!!! +
I would buy a battery filler jug or use a huge syringe without the needle and pop the caps off top them off and go. You can do a battery in 30 seconds? I mean I don't think I'd buy something for $200-300!! |

Re: Watering system
Thanks for all the replys.
This all starts when I buy carts for resale that has the fill system. Factory sell the cart that come off lease with the trogan hydrolink fill system with out a gun or some way to fill them..I'm just trying to find a way to get the gun side of the fill system. So far I can only find the hand pump kind that fit the trogan system. If anyone can come up with a better way, just let me know. Thanks again Sonny |

Re: Watering system
cartguy that will not work with the trogan watering system. You would have to change all the battery caps.

Re: Watering system
I've got a watering system that came on the cart when I bought it (don't know what brand system) that didn't have any pump. What I do is unscrew the the cap on the end of the fill hose and slowly pour distilled water down the hose. When that batts are full the water fills the hose. I don't know if that will work for you but you may want to take a look. I can post pics if that will help you.
