They don't expect anyone but the "experts" to mess with that. Where they expect the more mechanically inclined folks to get into brakes

If there were as many voids in the brake and dash instruction people would complain. It makes no sense to publish half a diagram. It's like a brake illustration without shoe retainers or springs.

You said in your post that I could jump the 3rd wire in the charger port.
ON the rxv that will let the cart run (just for test) and this can be done on the tct ? It's some kind of wire that hooks to the Pos. post. along with the regular charging wire. One post said it was for temp. sensor of some kind. Are we all on the same page ??
Next will the fuse being blown cause the cart not to run?
or just not charger.

Thanks
Sonny

I believe the wire you are refuring to is to let the controller know the charge plug is out. (You don't want to drive away with it plugged in) On my cart, I have a onboard charger. So I had to run that wire to power to get it to run.

As far as the charger not charging, I don't think that wire is the problem. Most chargers need a minumum voltage before it will turn on. Could yours be really down? If so you may have to charge pairs of batteries with a car charger to get them up some.

Edit, my cart is not a RXV, so I could be wrong on this.

Changed out the charger wires and the cart started to work and charge.

Now for the people that know things. When you wash the batteries and the cart stops running till it dries out. What is getting wet ???

Thanks

Good news. When you say "charger wires", what exactly do you mean? The ones from the receptical to the batteries? Or the ones from the charger to the plug? I guess you could even mean the 110V cord.
