Talked with a guy that sells motors and he talked me into going back with the same motor as I posted above. The only difference is a 2016 date in the place of the 2007. His reasoning was I got the cart used and drove it for 5 years before having problems. So a new one should last at least 6 years. I fed exed my controller to him to upgrade to 400 amps. He said this would aid in the cart from not going into limp mode and generating too much heat at the motor. So I'm waiting on it to come back so I can install everything and get back to riding. I tried removing the speed sensor from the motor but it was seized into it and the wire and plastic broke. I did salvage the magnet. I ordered a new sensor this past weekend. Since I was in a breaking mood I separated the motor to inspect for damage. A wire to one of the brushes was burnt in two and one was almost burnt in two. I only keep posting updates so that it may help someone else in the future on what to do or not to do.

Okay finally got my cart going again. Replaced the motor and sent my controller in for a rebuild and upgrade. The company said controller was bad but could be rebuilt. They upgraded it from 275 amps to 400 amps. Total cost for motor, controller rebuild/upgrade, and new speed control sensor was $847. That included all shipping charges. There was no labor cost because I did it myself. A golf cart mechanic may could have did it cheaper but who knows. Anyway it is running fine. The speed is the same but I did notice that it pulls hills better and that is what I wanted. I hope this post may help someone later on with the same issue. Thanks for the help that you guys offered. I have a lot better understanding about my cart and how it operates.
