Taylor Dunn? Does it have an OBC?

Sounds like you're getting a good charge cycle,
It's just taking a while, which is normal for a large (8 - 6 volt)
Pack with a 13amp charger

A Powerdrive 3 charger has no circuit board in it to monitor charge voltage. Nor does it have a timer. The PD3 is designed to be used with a Club Car 48 V system with an on-board computer. The computer regulates the charger. You're going to need a different charger for sure. I like the DPI accusense or the Lester Summit. Either one should be up for the task.

No OBC in a Taylor Dunn. Its mostly a industrial cart.
