Isn't that the truth. Improvements I make in some widely distributed products would cost pennies in production and serve the consumer years longer but, wait!? Is that what they really want?

I'm old enough to have traveled across the country (several times) alone without a cell phone simply because well.... u no.

But today I'm roughing it if I go to town without my phone -

^^^I'm 51 and got my first cell phone in '91. Anymore, I can't even go to the bathroom without it.
That is why I love my camp so much. Zero cell phone reception with ANY carrier.
No TV stations either.
Absolutely love being "off the grid" anymore.
I do have SXM radio though...just for music and I check the news once a day to keep up on the weekends.
