Sorry I'm late to the party. Just got home from a long hard day at the shop. Glad it's working for you.

The irony is this = On the XCT the solenoid diode is not needed. It is built into the XCT like the pre-charge resistor.
This is why I no longer send them with the XCT, too many people get it backwards -

I agree with you, but that works two ways. I attempted that method, but ended up with several customers complaining because they didn't get a diode.

Education is the solution. We just have to get the word out
Alltrax built the diode into the control because people were not putting it on.... I quit sending it because people were putting it on backwards.

I followed all the directions and examples on this forum . Funny thing is all the info I got showed the positive being the light blue wire. That would explain why people get it wrong. . Nor did the tech at alltrax mention that the diode is not needed. Never the less its in there . I apriciate all the help from my fellow forum members. Thanks to all

They need to take it off of their diagram in the book.

The positive "is" the light blue wire. The striped side of the diode goes towards this wire.

Is kind of hard to see from the angle of his picture, but I think the confusing part is that his lighter color blue wire is actually the Blue/White-Stripe wire (negative).
