They may have repaired yours or the one they replaced it with already had SC4 in it.

Put 23's on it and you'll be going 22-25 mph all day long.

If your tires are taller than the standard 18" tires, you'll gain a little bit of speed over the maximum programmed 19.6mph. But why did they remove the speed magnet?
