Absolutely positively helps! (And thats a great deal!!) And as CTD said, be sure to check the water and put it about 1/4" or so above the plates. Just don't overfill them as then it gets messy during the charge cycles....

That must be one of the fancy machines the rich-folk have up North that you poor the DI water into and it distributes it to each battery as needed.

It's actually pretty cool, there is a pump that should come with it, it looks just like a primer bulb for an outboard motor.
You put the hose from the bulb into the distilled water jug pump it to prime it and get the air out. Then connect it to the fitting in the battery compartment and pump till you feel pressured built up.

DONE!

Now I guess I will have to go find another forum to hang out on also.
