Default Lift and Rear Spring Install Questions

1) I am in the process of installing the rear section of a MadJax 6" Lift Kit. In my kit, they included two different size rear blocks... Any reason one? One is taller and the other shorter. Which one should I be using with dual action, heavy duty leaf springs?

2) Do the Dual Action, Heavy Duty, Leaf Springs add any lift to the cart? Asking for reference to question one. I.E. Adds lift so use smaller block for even look, or adds no lift.. Using taller block for even lift.

3) The leaf springs came with no directions whatsoever, after installing new leaf spring to a dual action heavy duty one... Do I still install the rear shock? One video I watched said discard the shock.
