I suppose it's possible that it is a late/end manufacture Regen 1 (which did not have tow/run)?? The speed controller will be visible thru the back inspection panel - see if it looks like the old (originally black) one in THIS THREAD

can anyone tell me why I have a rattle noise in rear end when just cruising, doesn't do it during accelerating or when I let up on pedal, also can I disconnect the hill braking system on this cart

thanks for any info
Unhook speed sensor on end of motor. This will also get you more speed.

The noise is likely fixed with a motor centering kit.

The wire on end of motor has a connector. Just unhook it.

Sounds like you have a Regen I system...

Obsolete these days, but if it works, it works.
