PH is an EXCEL cart and will NOT accept the SC5 which is a plug in fooler, nor will it accept a Speed Magnet your ONLY choice without changing the controller is SC4 from a Club Car Dealer OR a Bandit motor from PQ... SC4 will get you no more than 20 MPH but a Bandit motor will get you closer to 25 MPH with a good battery pack...
