2013 Precident charging question
I just picked up a 2013 precident cart. Does the charger need to be plugged into the wall before I attach to the cart? It seems to be the only way the charger will kick on. I have 2 Club Car D S and this is not the case.

Yes. Wall first. It's a different charger and OBC design than your DS.

but from my understanding , when the battery gets fully charged and charger will turn off and wont turn back on again unless unplugged
