Default slow to go

I have a 2008 carry all2 qb0809-875147 that was barely moving/after changing to all new batteries it worked fine for a couple days/it now moves very slowly with low power in both forward and reverse/the mcor sticker says cci 1021011-01 itw40-600007 m725//is there a way to identify my problem/just found this site and looks like some good people with lots of golf cart knowledge here/I am a retired diesel mechanic and not worried about getting dirty

Is it a regen cart? Maybe speed sensor?

If it is an IQ cart it is a regen cart. Give the cart a push with tow/run switch in run and listen for the cart to beep and her hard to push. If it does the speed sensor is working, if it doesn't the speed sensor is bad.

IQ Plus is just IQ with bigger motor, controller and battery pack stock from CC. I have an '07, an '08, and a '16. The '08 lost its speed sensor and it drove very slowly forward and reverse. New sensor fixed it right up.
