Default Fuel in lines and filters is red

Hey everyone, I’m working on a 2002 club cart ds and I noticed red fuel. Two days prior I had replaced the fuel lines, filters, and fuel pump. I have never seen anything like this and was wondering if this is a major issue and where it may stem from. Any info is greatly appreciated

I ended up just draining all the fuel and cleaned the tank out and it runs perfectly fine. Good to know for the future, thanks for the help guys.
