G19 Electrical Probem
I have a G19 48v golf cart. I recently had a battery strap break. Unhooked batteries replaced and put them back in. Now it will not go. When I turn the key the battery indicator shows batteries full but no lights, no back up horn or solenoid tick. Not sure where to start.

Re: G19 Electrical Probem
Check voltage at both ends of the pack (the main wires that lead away from the pack to the solenoid and controller). Verify 48v is present, and all batteries are installed in correct direction. Check charge port for 48v (won't prevent running, but will give clue if batteries are installed correctly).
