Just tested at the motor with motor engaged and had 48 volts at motor

Went for a drive with the seat off when it shuts down and you let off the pedal you can here it disengage from the motor I tested each battery by it’s self and have 12.7 volts per battery

They only other thing I can think of is the MCOR if it is not the batteries range....

MCOR (Motor Controller Output Regulator) is located under the cart and is on the end of the linkage that runs across to it from your Go Pedal. It has a Potentiometer that can have a problem similar to what you are observing, but I would still make sure the pack was fully charged before I did much more troubleshooting. Since you said with the seat off you do not hear it disengage until you let off the gas, I am assuming you are referencing the Solenoid opening (clicking). So outside of a voltage issue, the next thing would be an MCOR concern.
