Default Morphodite DS

Trying to work on my dad's DS serial number a 82 indicates it's a 1982. Along the line someone did some updates as this cart has a speed controller in it. The f&r switch has 2 limit switches, also four heavy cables. This cart has four wires from potentiometer. A lot of people have had their hands on it. I am trying to figure out what wiring diagram to use. I have not found one that has all the components this cart has. This cart worked for some time for him after he put new batteries in it I tested the motor with just a 12 volt battery and it turns. Lost right now any help appreciated

You will not find a single diagram to work with your cart with its present modifications.

You will have to use the closest one and then factor in the modifications.

What are you trying to do?

I know where a 1981 has been set out to pasture. I don't know if any mods have been done to it. I don't think any have been done, it has clearly been sitting there for quite some time! If you want, the next time I am around it, I can take some pictures, might help...

If you do want me to take some pictures, let me know what to pay closer attention to.

In picture #3, looks like there may have been some over heating in the wire with the blue connector?

Look at a diagram for early to mid 1990's 36 volt with v-glide style potentiometer.

I think that's what you need.

It will click when you press the accelerator pedal but will not move at all.
