Default 08 Drive power drain issue

I have a 2008 Yamaha drive with a severe power loss issue. It drops a bar on the gauge approx every 8 minutes of use. So after 15 20 minutes its needs a full re-charge.

Batteries are 16 moths old Trojans. DPI charger. I replaced the motor( Admiral MOT-D2 Golf Cart Motor for Yamaha Drive (YDRE)), controller (Alltrax XCT-48500-YDRE Motor Controller, 48V, MOT-D2 motor), wires (10 ga), MZJ-400 Solenoid, 400A, 48V to try to fix the problem. Much more responsive but Needless to say the problem persists.

Any help / fixes will be appreciated.

I would verify the battery SOC before going any further. Run them down to halfway on the meter, wait 10 minutes and get a reading on the whole pack. Compare that reading to the Trojan SOC charts on this site. I am first skeptical of the gauge reading. Who's meter is it? Curtis? "eBay/China special"?

Have you checked water level in all the batteries? Have checked the voltage of each battery? Could have one faulty battery causing issues.
