Default Admiral vs AMD BEAST Motor, DS

Anyone have any personal experience/comparison between the 2? I currently have the Beast, which is great for hunting ect, seeing the specs on the Admiral, looks like it’s similar, but faster?

Just spitballing, looking for some opinions....Motor swaps are always fun, especially if it turns out to be an upgrade......

IIRC; you have a series cart.

Changing one torque motor for another, solely for the need of speed, may get you a little more speed or it might not. The only way to truly get more speed with our series carts is to go to dedicated speed motor, taller gears and increase your voltage.

If you decide to go for it please report back with the results

And be careful where advertised specs are in regards to one another as unless you can see the testing procedure and details surrounding it, all tests are NOT created equal and often not duplicated. That is why in the NHRA and other sports, a record breaker has to be backed up to be accepted.

Was that motor tested open, on a cart, at what voltage, etc. etc.
