We have this issue with our G16. I can tell you changing the F/R switch does not fix it. I am going to get my controller rebuilt and see if that fixes it.

Mancho, I’m leaning toward replacing everything with upgraded parts. Might be where I end up anyhow.

On the back of the F&R, swap the left side wire with the right side wire.

cgtech, looking at the back of the switch I have S in the top right, R in the bottom left, F1 in the bottom right and F2 in the top left (I may have F1 and F2 locations mistaken as I’m going off memory). That’s why I’m asking specifically which wires to swap.

Thank you! So if we have full reverse and the same issue in forward as we did in reverse then we know it’s.......the controller?

It does EXACTLY the same thing but the switch position is just reversed. The cart still does not go backwards with weight on the wheels.

You said you now have full reverse, and no forward. Which would be the opposite problem you had.
