Intermittent Blinkers (aftermarket)
Anyone had the aftermarket blinkers/flasher/horn switch on steering column go bad? I have to jiggle the tree to get blinkers/flashers to blink (both right and left) and left rear will not blink at all -- when I purchased cart (2013 48V G29 Drive) from dealer they installed the aftermarket street legal lights and I noticed they started having some issues (like when charging the tailights would flash) so I took out both fuses -- just installed a 48 > 12 reducer and installed and now notice the seemingly short in the blinker switch itself. Wondering if running the lights without the reducer (which means 16V to lights) did some kind of damage. I also notice that although there are two fuse holders coming off the hot side of the light harness, one fuse doesn't seem to have any bearing on how the lights work or not work, whereas the other fuse seems to control everything. Any recommendations? Thanks
