g22 48 volt chargercharger
While charging and you are standing on the ground and touch metal on the cart it shocks. Been doing that for a couple months. I have gone over every wire a dozen times looking for a naked spot touching somewhere with no luck. The charger lights blink two times about 1+ seconds a part then the top red light blinks once when I plug into cart then plug into wall AC it buzes loud and blows the fuses. Any Ideas? Thanks.
