Speed Sensor Question
Been troubleshooting a non running cart 2006 G22 48V. Since I also have a running G22 and both are stripped down for refurb, I have switched every part, one at a time from the non running cart to the running cart. With much help from the forum and especially cgtech, pretty sure issue is in the wiring harness. Pulled the old harness since I was going to replace it and checked it over. No obvious visible issue but I know that don't mean a thing. In pulling the harness, I realized I swapped every part except the speed sensor. Should I try swapping it to eliminate it or is that a non-issue? If I should swap it how does it come off? I removed the 4 bolts on the outside but it does not seem to want to move so I didn't mess with it any more. Lastly, I know the dead cart needs a controller and I did test the motor per cgtech's instructions with 12 volts and seems to turn just fine. Just trying to figure out what is wrong before buying parts. I will be selling it so I don't want to invest more than it is worth. Thanks all.

Re: Speed Sensor Question
Would still run with a unplugged motor speed sensor, so that's a way to test if its stopping you.
