2001 EZGO PDS No solenoid click
No solenoid click on 2001 PDS. Cart came in no go. Rpl solenoid no click. checked all wiring, rpl ITS and bypassed key switch. Rpl controller still no go.
Verified all wiring to motor and controller, simply put I am Stumped. Anyone have any ideas? |

Put PDS controller in diagnostic mode and listen for beeped error codes.
Text at bottom of label tell how to get into diagnostics. |

tried but no diagnostic codes. Cart had alltrax controller but replaced it with curtis 1206mx controller. no diagnostic codes.

now cart crawls, good reverse signal but very slow in forward and reverse. and solenoid still does not operate

Here is a drawing showing how the pack voltage that enters on J1 Pin-4 goes through the PDS controller several times to get to the yellow wire on the solenoid's coil.
Plus a picture with Pin-1 on all the jacks highlighted. |
