1998 EZGO TXT DCS won't go forward or reverse

I just installed a new CONTROLLER ALLTRAX EZ DCS 24-48; 300 AMP NEW AllTrax 48/36-volt 300 amp DCS solid state speed controller. ITS throttle input for E-Z-GO DCS 36-48 electric 1995-up. Also, I installed a new 36V continuous solenoid per ALLTRAX’s recommendation.

The golf cart worked great for two days. Now it won’t go forward or reverse. When I put the reverse switch on, I hear the reverse noise. I can hear the solenoid click when I press the pedal. My batteries are new and are 100%.
I’m located in Baja Sur Mexico and the resources are limited here.

I’m heading back to the US in a few days and I would like to purchase the part or parts that would fix this problem to bring back the next time down.

I’m thinking it might be the microswitch. The Inductive Throttle Sensor was replaced last year.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure which Alltrax controller you have, but if it is made by Alltrax and is in a EZGO cart with a DCS drive, it would be a DCX, NPX or a XCT.

Attachmet-1 is a DCX of NPX.
Attachment-2 & 3 is a XCT with and without fan.

Which one do you have?
