Welcome to BGW! This diagram may help. Looks like the pins are # 14/29 and 15/30.
Hope this helps. > http://www.tntgolfcar.com/yamparts.php?diagramid=181

mj,
i just did a lift last night, and you will need to punch that roll pin out then drive the kp down and out. it's really not as hard as it looks.

If you're like me ya gotta put your glasses on to see them.
Make sure to drive the inner roll pin out first and then the outer one.

I always just drive both out together with a large punch, comes right out.

Hard part sometimes is getting the actual kingpin out, sometimes they get seized in there. Air hammer usually works good, but every now and then the spindle needs to be heated.

I hear you. Both roll pins at the same time. I've had king pins rusted in so bad, I had to take the lower control arms off, mount in a vise, uses penetrating oil, heat and sometimes a sledge hammer!

I've had some like that too. Its a shame that Yamaha says there cars are maintenance free and mechanics do bare minimum on a service to prevent problems like this.
