Default New to the forum and have a few ?

Hey guys this is my first post I've had a ezgo txt for years now and I just got a yamaha I think it's a g-21 utility cart. It's not running now but I think me and my friend can take care of that, I know its going to need a rebuild so does anyone know where I could get a how to on that maybe a thread or something also on the brakes I know It's got 4 wheel brakes that need work.

Welcome. You could buy a service manual, or just ask questions here. Drum brakes are not hard to work on and unlike cars I suggest leaveing the front brake looser then the back or when you apply the brakes, steering will be effected. Good luck on your build.

Okay I got the cart running today it defiantly needs a rebuild, so if anyone has experience and have some info a thread website or anything I want as much advice as I can get thanks.

Hi and Welcome to BGW! If you joined it's because you either want to or need to work on your own stuff, and that's one of the best things about this forum, lot's of helpful members. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of the newer Yamaha utility vehicle owners on here, yet, they are relatively new and there just aren't that many of them out there. I have a UMAx, I can get around most internal combustion engines, but do yourself a big favor and go buy a service manual. It will have all the dis-assembly/ assembly steps, specs and tolerances, what to look out for etc, in other words the best $30.00 ever spent. Good luck and keep us updated on the progress.
