1997 club car gas/villager 8/fe350d engine/lack of top end speed
I recently put a new carb on my club car and now it lacvks top end speed. it gets only to 10mph or so. When I rev it manually it revs fine full power but when in gear using pedal it starts out fine then seems like the governor steps in and inhibits top end speed. What can I check or try to increase the speed. There doesnt seem to be any gov adjustment on the 1997. Thanks for any help...
