Well found some time to get a new battery and she took right off. For 15 feet then back to the same old problem. I had my son push the gas as I looked under the seat and noticed a puff of smoke and something wet coming from the gasket that is right under the top part of the motor any chance this is the problem?

thats the head gasket i beleive....you may want to do a compression test see what you have, there should be nothing coming from there............................................. ..
