I'm actually waiting for Scotty to chime in on which controller.... sent him an e-mail and haven't heard back....

Definitely decided to go with the 48v setup..... charger is ordered...... I also think I found my batteries..... CROWN 190's (8V) for $104 each......

If you don't want to bite the bullet all at once like my self I'm doing it slow ish. Get your electronics in order first. I got the 485 package I believe the 202b you have is a conversion to solid state package but can't truly remember. I replaced the controller solenoid and fnr switch. Then my wheels tires and lift came in. This week now that all is in order ill order the batt pack. Don't get to 48 v before your cart can handle it. The reason I went in this order is so I can work on it for half a day then drive it that night. If you place 48v on it before it can handle it. It will fry a lot of stuff and you will be out of commission until you get proper electronics. Lets get your thread back on track. I'm running 12 in wheels and 22 tires. I'm going with 6 eight volts that way I won't need to modify any structural for extra batteries. Hope this helps

202b and 485 are vastly different . The b packages I believe are the solid state conversion packages and the 485 is a controller package
