First determine if the solenoid and the rest of the workings is getting voltage to the motor. When the solenoid clicks measure voltage reference from Battery - to the motor terminal marked A2 you should be familiar with. You should measure same voltage as battery +. This would be about the simplest way to start isolating where the problem might be. The motor may not run even if you are getting voltage on A2 but it sure wont run if it isn't.
