I guess they sell a puller at Harbor Freight that works pretty good, you might try there.

Put the bolt back into the splined shaft. Shock it with a hammer or rivet gun. They are also known as air hammers. Combine that with pb blaster and some leverage on the opposite side.

Yeah I got it off once I unbolted the engine and dropped it down to where I could work with it. The grease is how I always normally do it, I finally worked.
