Lights on Fleet QuietTech
FIL wants a new gas golf car fleet QuietTech cart.
We need to light it up with some LED's: thinking about a light bar on the roof and some spots on the back. I do know that the LED's don't draw near as much amperage on our Briggs and Stratton powered mowers and the old incandescents do. We have had some trouble in the past with our mowers not being able to keep up with the draw and over time would eventually draw the battery down. Would an upgrade for the generator/alternator be necessary to handle the few increased amps that a couple of LED's would need for the QuietTech? Thanks |

Re: Lights on Fleet QuietTech
No upgrade required. The PTV model with lights uses the same starter/generator.
