2000 ezgo with robin motor run poorly after 10 minutes
So I just got this cart. I’m not sure where to begin.
This cart runs great and has no issues when cold. After driving it for roughly 10 minutes, it starts to lose power and not want to take off from a stop. The plugs and wires are new. Fuel system has been cleaned and a new fuel filter/lines installed. New air filter. When I checked the air filter again it had a lot of oil/fuel under the carb side. Not sure where the oil came from. Seems to be an issues with something after it gets hot. Coil pack? Help! |

take the breather-pcv tube off and run it like that and see if it continues to run ok and see if oil comes out of the tube while running
also if the cart is lifted it could have to much oil in it |

Why does lifting them change the amount of oil for the motor? |

yea drain the motor completely and add 1.5qts i know I had to put the back of my cart on ramps and took the front tires off to get it low enough to drain all the oil out

So it looks like it had an extra quart/quart and a half. Had to throw a floor jack under the rear to get it all out like you said. Still blowing some oil in the breather. I’m assuming whatever was left in the path. Got a quick test run but then the monsoon came. Hoping this fixed the issue.

there is a one way flapper valve/PCV valve that may still have a lot of oil in there
