SilverWolf to 40s MPH
Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting past the 32mph limit that SilverWolf sets on their app? I know there’s away to max it out. 2005 CC DS with 6” of lift and 23” tires. Unfortunately, running with 48v lead acid. I am really wanting to go with a 72volt LiPo battery. Ahh one day that will be nice. Well, if you have any suggestions on the programing OR the batteries let me know. Thanks in advance guys!!! |

Re: SilverWolf to 40s MPH
Yes, I have with no problem here’s a picture of my top speed with my 23x10/14s
I just recently put a set of 26x10/14s street tires on and then switched those over to my other cart “ project “ and added a set of 26x11/14s but have not yet done a top speed test. The top speed I got with the 23 inch tall tires was with the full windshield. To achieve the higher speeds there’s a little trick playing with the tighter settings. Small is good but I think that only has to do with tire settings lol I am also using the big battery husky 48V lithium, loving it! |

Wow! That’s a couple of awesome carts! I like the Tesla battery! Ya, I mess around with the app and see what I can do. I know that lithium has a little to do with it too. Where did you get your Tesla battery?

Re: SilverWolf to 40s MPH
It’s not actually a tesla battery it’s a husky 48 V lithium battery made by big battery.com
The app I picked up off of the App Store for my iPhone it’s called speed meter. And Thanks! |

Re: SilverWolf to 40s MPH
Hey there, I'm not sure what the SIlverwolf app is you speak of but my cart is close to 40mph. I have allied batteries, an alltrax 500amp speed controller and a GE Motor, PN 5BC49JB3071 which spins at 5700rpm. I have 23" tires and 10:1 gearing and the cart does 37mph on flats. I don't see a difference in speed with the windshield up or down.

Re: SilverWolf to 40s MPH
Thanks man! I am eventually going to get a 72v system. The guys at SilverWolf said that will work with some things worked out. So once I have the $$$$$ I’m buying it.

Re: SilverWolf to 40s MPH
It’s the SGC not something I would really recommend only because I think the coil over shocks themselves really do nothing. In the rested position they are extended all the way and the preload is way too heavy and no way to adjust it without taking the shock apart and changing the coil over springs.

Have you had any problems with your Husky battery? I am looking at that one, Roypow and Dakota.
Thanks |
