EZGO Turns Over but doesn't Go
Hello all. I have a problem I need help with. MY EZGO, 1200 Workhorse...I just changed the Starter Generator and the buggy went for a week with no problems...its now when I press on the gas,it turns but doesn't go...when I pull the choke , no increase in power like it used to be.
Not sure what is wrong....please help! Thanks! |

My does it every once inawhile. I was just thinking carb might need to be cleaned, but im not sure.

Check the valve clearance. I recall having an issue like you mention and the adjustment took care of the issue.

I found that when my cart did that the battery was low. It had enough juice to turn it over but not enough to make it run. Since you changed the generator maybe something isn't right and it is not charging.
