I used a G9 but should be the same as the G2, with a stock driven clutch. The stock carb has worked ok for the last four years.

Thanks for all the input guys! I actually went and picked it up today. Good thing too, another party was interested and if I hadn't showed up....it would've been gone!

Sounds like a good deal! Maybe you can build that cart up and put a pipe on the G1....lol!
