85 g1 carb adjustment after rebuild
I'm about to rebuild my carb and I haven't been able to find any threads on this topic. Please help I'm hoping to get it running by the end of the day

Re: 85 g1 carb adjustment after rebuild
Not really anything to "rebuild" in this carb, just float, needle valve, and gaskets. I'd disassemble and clean really good. Lay it out on a benchtop on top of some paper towels. Take it apart and clean each piece with a toothbrush and carb cleaner. Spray the jets out in reverse flow. Set it out in the sun to dry. Reassemble and test. If the bowl leaks/drips, order new gasket.
