14" tires are TINY!

I'm sure you mean 14" wheels, what size tires are you running? Generally, high speed gears are not recommended with large tires or the high continuous amp draw will dramatically shorten the life of the battery pack.

Yeah, BUT, if i had a rxv (or anything with 4x 12v batts), my goal when new battery time comes up, would be ADD MORE CAPACITY (a bigger "gas tank").

cg, how do you increase rxv speed with a hand held? i have a hand held programmer, that i use to program to the freedom mode ? ( 19.6). I thought that was the fastest i can program the cart for. Is it?

Can you tell me how to ( the sequence/steps) program for more than 19.6?

I am asking mostly for doing it on 08 and 2010 models.

An RXV computer limits the speed of the cart to 19.5 mph.

You can trick computer(higher gear ratio or taller tires)

You cannot command higher speed through hand held .

I have only used the ezgo tray. I have never even seen the nivel one in person. I do know the oem one fits well. I cant trick the 2012 and prior into going faster with the programmer, only the 2012.5 and never "curtis" model RXV.
