Buddy picked this up for a steal. Doesn't run, but he says it clicks. I know squat about clubbies. I'm gonna go look at it Thursday but need ideas where to look. And uhh...he got it for $200.

Make sure its got a motor, a wiring harness and a controller. Even if two of those items need fixing or replacement its a killer deal. Also look underneath for water submersion. If it has been in a flood things could get costly. Otherwise go nuts!

(Oh, the irony  ) Could be IQ or Excel drive system. The serial # will tell which and the year, its near the passenger side floorboard on the "kick panel" area. Will start PQ if IQ and PH if Excel, first two numbers after those letters are the year. |

If it's really an 05, it's gotta be an IQ, as I don't think Excel came out till 08.
