Default need help with f/r switch please

2001 club car ds 48 volt, just finished replacing new controller, selinoid, all new cables and new Trojans, Scotyb hooked me up nice. Hooked up the last cable today and everything looked good, meter read 50.2 volts and put in reverse I get buzzer, then press the pedal and go forward, put in forward I go in reverse

The old f/r switch was a little different so I tried to wire new HD switch the same but of course not . Looking for advice on which wires I have wrong on the new f/r switch.

You didn't say which controller. If its an FSIP controller - that "backwardness" is very common - their troubleshooting instructions say:

Quote:
Swap positions of the F1 and F2 cables on
your controller, this will correct travelling in the
wrong direction.

A simple fix here > switch the 2 wires on the small studs that swivel. This will change the direction the cart goes F&R

looking at the new F&R switch I don't see any "small studs that swivel" I am just not sure what I am looking for they all seem solid and don't move I know this is probably simple but as usual operator error is the cause

First off i guess is does your new switch look like this on the backside? These two wires on the backside of F/R switch, ,the orange and the blue are the wires he refers too, reverse what you have. This is the part of the F/R switch that moves. Leave the blue and the white wires on the side alone. My cart is a 1992 DS for reference purposes, hope this helps you .
