Until now I had but here are two . One from each side. I am familiar running batteries in series and everything in the battery compartment appears to be correct. I have also checked the sensor wire fuse as well the the charger plug fuse. Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

Does your charger do the precharge check before it begins? It should kick on for a few seconds, off for a few seconds, then on and finish the cycle (up to 16 hours). The amperage should start high (around 20) and finish at zero.

My charger comes on and stays on. No pre-check. I was out in my shop a short time ago troubleshooting another issue and ck'd the voltage before unplugging the charger. The meter showed 58.6v. The charger was unplugged for about 30 minutes and the voltage settled back to 54.7v which I expected. I plugged the charger back in and within a few minutes the voltage had climbed back to 58.6v. The charger seems to be working just fine. My only concern id if the OBC will shut the charger off automatically as it should or will it time out.

You could put it on charge, set a timer for exactly 16 hrs, then go out to your shop and see if the charger is off. If it is, the OBC is functioning. If not, there is probably an issue.

Just a little side note on charger's normal function. If the cart is not driven any distance between plugging in the charger each time (and it sounds like you didn't move it from what you've described) - then the self check sequence (eg. ON-OFF-ON) will not occur. Instead, the system starts and stays on when plugged in - and the higher voltage "equalization" charge occurs. An equalization charge requires higher voltage before the charger eventually shuts off (or 16 hrs passes).
