I suspect the battery install went wrong. Either the charger is not seeing (charging) all the batteries or one battery is out of the loop or in backwards. Please post pics of the whole pack of batteries so we can see the basic install.

I double checked and all connections are as they were prior to the battery upgrade. Total pack 49.2

This is the positive side. The cane goes to the solenoid. One red goes to the positive charge receptacle the other red is to a voltage reducer

Even with low voltage it should move. Why the bucking?

Your first picture the right center battery, the forward or (+) post looks to be all corroded is this just crappy lighting?

Look at your third battery @ 6.7 volts it is DEAD it will cause all of your issues!

That pic was partially light but had a tiny amount of corrosion. I took it apart and cleaned it and it is now clean

So is the though that that one battery is just a bad battery or could something cause it not to charge????? Can I remove it and try a car charger?????

Pictures are bad. I can't read the + and - on the posts to see if they are cabled correctly but the one battery is in serious trouble. It may be dropping a cell when you try to go causing the bucking.

Can you triple check that the 6.7v battery in question is in fact connected positive to negative with the batteries next to it? Remove the caps - has it got water over the plates? If yes it may just be defective.
