It only goes on one way. What are you having issues with?

Brand new batteries and cart doesn't seem to go full speed. I did take the shaft out of the MCOR and wonder if it's back in right.

If it's in, it's correct. One of the splines is much wider than the rest of them. It won't fit any other way.

OK. What else could make the cart slower than expected?

Lots of things. What's the vehicle serial number?

Ok. It's a DS IQ. How fast does it go? Common problems are worn pedal linkage, MCOR failure, and speed sensor failure. Does the vehicle accelerate quickly and come to a screeching halt only to maintain a crawling speed?

If it lost just a little the MCOR shaft could be worn in one spot where they are prone to wear. That will knock about 2-4 MPH out of it. With a scan tool you can check to see if its getting full throttle

I just bought it. I also own an 87 EZGO 36V and that cart seems faster.

The CC has new Trojan, new selenoid (had to run negative wire from the battery to selenoid because the one from the controller wasn't providing a circuit.). Also bypassed OBC so I can use smart charger.
