I'm wanting you to check it at the spade connector where it connects to KSI on the controller. If your cart has the split in the wire harness then you could be bad at that point and not be getting voltage to the controller. Again you are obviously getting voltage to the solenoid activation post if it clicks.
In a nut shell if you have voltage where I'm asking you to check and the controller will not power on then it would seem to be a bad controller. If no voltage where I'm asking you to check then you need to follow that wire back and see where you are losing the voltage.

When I unplugged KSI wire from the controller, the connector it reads 50 volts when I probe it. The controller is a brand new alltrax. Is it possible to get a bad controller?

I would not think a brand new controller would be bad.
I just went back and looked at your pictures and noticed that the throttle inputs on the controller are backwards green wire should be on J4 and yellow wire on J5. Try that I'm hoping that is the problem.

I will try that. I had to get a cable to make sure controller is on the right setting.

Sorry I'm late to the party. Thank you for your order and I'm glad you were able to get it fixed. I was just about to offer some advice to you, but I now see that you're good to go. I'm sure you're out riding. Enjoy!
