You PUT a 36v motor in your 01 CC with a toggle switch for F/R? Need a little more clarification. If you PUT a 36v motor in you cart...where did you get the motor from? Your 48v cart uses a sepex motor and if you put a 36v series motor in it, it will NOT run!!

So will a 36v motor go faster than my 5.5hp 48v motor in my 48v car? I'm doing 25mph all day long.

Nope not going to work!!! Remember a SERIES motor will NOT work in place of a SEPEX motor!!!! SEPEX motors utilizes the F/R rocker switch. Your 2001 is a REGEN CC that uses a SEPEX motor and rocker switch.

UK.... your motor has already been upgraded.... No improvement with a 36v motor change.
