New steering wheels???
I have a 2000.5 DS Club Car.
It still has the stock/standard steering wheel. I'd like to swap it for a more sporty/stylish steering wheel. However, everywhere I've looked (online), the sporty steering wheels have no scorecard holder in the center. I like the convenience of the scorecard on the steering wheel. 1. Is this always the case, or am I missing something? 2. I don't like the "hard plastic" feel of the stock steering wheel grip. I prefer the more "cushioned" rubbery feel of a thicker grip. 3. I've seen 13.5 inch steering wheels, and smaller 11.5 inch steering wheels? What's the pros/cons of different sizes? 4. Any suggestions where to buy these - I've looked at groovycarts.com? |

Re: New steering wheels???
I look online now and then at new wheels. I have a Grant model picked out, but I haven't bought it yet. However, I don't think I've come across an aftermarket wheel that has a place to put a scorecard. I even saw a sporty wheel with an EZ-GO logo in the middle of it, but even that one didn't have a scorecard holder. My cart never sees the golf course, so I don't have a need for the card holder. If the card holder is a requirement and you want a thicker, more cushioned grip, just try one of those slip on covers you can buy in the stores.
